The Festivity Hall
Originally, in 1754, there were cells of the Carmelite Monastery which had access to the choir (gallery) in the church. About 200 years ago this was converted into a single-room primary school for the use of the village children. In 1998 this room was renovated to a 80 m² festivity hall, where many enjoyable events have taken place in recent years.
You can rent this room for family events such as birthdays. It can also be used for seminars or for meditation, or as a dining room.
The festival hall also has a bathroom and a small fully equipped kitchen. It is large enough to accommodate up to 45 people.
The whole monastery, including the vaulted cellar, can be rented for family celebrations, seminars, youth groups, concerts, choir practice, choral weeks, weddings and anniversaries.
There is enough space for the large family crib which has grown over generations and set up every year in Advent for the duration of the Christmas holidays.
A grand piano lends a musical note and adds a wonderful atmosphere.
